Change of stay
Registered foreigners are required to report any changes in their place of stay or residence and may also file for a permit to change their status of stay.

Declaration of change of residence/place of stay
If a registered alien or overseas Korean with foreign nationality (F-4) changes his/her place of stay or residence, he/she is required to file a declaration of change of residence within 14 days of the change.

Application for the change of the status of stay for a registered alien
If a registered alien intends to engage in any activity not covered by his/her original status of stay, the applicant must obtain permission from the competent immigration service prior to changing his/her status of stay.
