Various counseling services are available to assist foreign workers in leading stable careers during their stay in Korea.

- Employers and foreign workers experiencing difficulties and/or conflicts in their employment relationship

- Support details

- Administrative support, such as arbitration, counseling, etc., for difficulties and conflicts that may arise between employers and foreign workers at the workplace
- Support for difficulties that may be experienced by foreign workers while staying in Korea, such as family problems, acculturation in Korea, language problems, violence, human rights violations, criminal and penal cases, etc.
- Support for navigating the declaration and registration processes required by laws and regulations related to the Employment Permit System
- Support for the departure of foreign workers whose period of stay has expired; temporary departures, such as for vacation, etc., and early returns
- Cooperation and support for the investigation of accidents (leading to injury, impairment, death, etc.) both inside and outside of the workplace, field investigations, consultation with relevant agencies, filing of insurance claims, settlement of money and other terms, funerals, body repartitions, etc.
- Language support, if interpretation and/or translation services are needed inside and outside of the workplace
