Housing support

Through this program, houses are sold to multicultural families on a preferential basis to support multicultural families and to help them purchase houses without having to compete with non-multicultural families.
Applicants must respond to an official announcement recruiting prospective home buys, fill out an application, and submit it directly to the relevant entity prior to the deadline.

• Eligible applicants

  The applicant must be a member of a multicultural family and must have resided with his/her spouse in the same place of address for three or more years.

  • - The applicant and all members of the applicant’s household must not already own a house.
  • - At least six months must have passed since the applicant opened a housing subscription deposit account, with the applicant having made monthly payments at least six times on the agreed payment date.
